NOTE: Enrollment required for UnionBank Mobile Banking Payment.

  1. Download the Umobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enroll by calling UnionBank Customer Service at (02) - 8418600.
  3. Log in and select ‘Transact’ then choose ‘Pay Bills’.
  4. Choose Utilities
  5. 5. Select Cignal TV Inc. and fill out the following fields:
    1. Biller’s Reference Number - Cignal Account Number (click here to know your account number)
    2. Amount – Amount to be paid
  6. Select the account from which your payment will be debited from and choose ‘Submit.’
  7. SMS Confirmation on the status of payment will be sent to the enrolled mobile number.
  8. Once transaction has been validated, an online payment confirmation shall appear.
