What is the Cignal Web Loading Tool?
The Cignal Web Loading Tool is a self-service online loading facility that will credit purchased load to the enrolled Prepaid account.
Who can use this?
This can be used by Cignal Prepaid Subscribers who purchased (unused) Cignal Reload Cards and e-Pins. This is also available to SatLite subscribers who purchased (unused) SatLite Reload Cards and e-Pins.
How do I use the Cignal Web Loading Tool?
Step 1: Input your Prepaid Account Number on the first box.
Step 2: Input the PIN from your Cignal Reload Card or the e-Pin provided.
Step 3: Input the text from the image.
Step 4: Click submit and wait for the confirmation message to pop-up.
Where do I purchase Cignal Reload Cards or e-Pins?
You may purchase Cignal Reload Cards in any of our authorized dealers near you. For e-Pins, you may refer to the table below:

Where do I find my account number?
Just look for your CCA number which is located at the bottom of your set-top box. For boxes with a SMART CARD gently pull out your SMART CARD from the set-top box and check the backside of the card.
When you have located your CCA No. or SMART CARD number use only a SMART/TNT/Sun subscriber SIM and Text CIGNAL SC <12-digit CCA or smart card number> to 5353 and a reply message will give you your prepaid account no. Standard SMS rates apply.
