SM Bills Payment



  1. Go to the nearest / most convenient SM Bills Payment Center located at SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, and Save More branches.
  2. Present Cignal Statement of Accout or "BPS Validation Slip" to the Customer Service Assistant, together with the payment:
    Payment can be processed with or without a copy of the Statement of Account (SOA). If Cignal TV Statement of Account is not available, subscriber should fill out the "BPS Validation Slip" (below) by providing the following required information/details:
    1. Branch : Indicate SM BPS branch where you are paying
    2. Biller Company : Cignal Digital TV
    3. Card/Account Number : Indicate your Cignal Account Number (click here to know your account number).
    4. Account Name: Name of subscriber / Cignal Accountholder's Name
    5. Mode of Payment: Cash / Check.
    6. Payment Amount
  3. Acceptable modes of payment: CASH and CHECK
  4. For check payment, it should be payable to Cignal TV, Inc The following details should be indicated at the back of the check:
    1. Cignal account number
    2. Cignal account name
    3. Contact number
  5. Once payment is processed:
    1. If Cignal TV Statement of Account is presented, the Customer Service Assistant issues a receipt and returns the upper portion of the Statement of Account (customer's copy). Lower portion of the Statement of Account is validated and retained by SM.
    2. If BPS Validation Slip is presented, Customer Service Assistant issues an acknowledgement receipt and BPS Validation Slip is retained by SM.
  6. To ensure correct posting of payment, please verify the details indicated in the receipt before leaving the payment counter.
  7. Acknowledgement Receipt serves as proof of payment.
