Cebuana Lhuillier

1. Go to any Cebuana Lhuillier Branch
2. Fill-out the Pera Padala form (transaction slip) with the following information:
   • Sender : Indicate Cignal Account Holder's Name
   • Receiver: CIGNAL
   • Control Number: Indicate CIGNAL TV Account Number . (Click here to know your account number.)
   • Sending/Expected Amount : Indicate Payment Amount
   
3. Acceptable mode of payment: CASH only.
4. Present the filled-out form to the Cebuana Lhuillier branch personnel (BP) together with the payment.
5. Cebuana Lhuillier provides the customer a copy of the machine-validated transaction slip to the customer.

Note: There will be a P5 facilitation fee charged by Cebuana Lhuillier.
