Promo Period: April 15 – June 10, 2022
Promo Eligibility: Existing active subscribers with Postpaid Plans below 520 and Prepaid Loads 500 & below who add NBA TV PH (Ch. 262 HD) to their line-up during the promo period

 
Promo Mechanics:

• To join, participants need to add NBA TV PH (Ch. 262 HD) to their line-up from April 15 – June 10, 2022

• Register on the Cignal website, and enter the required fields:

  • Account Number

  • Smart Card/CCA Number

  • Registered Account Holder

  • Contact Number

  • Email Address

• After completing all the required steps, click “Submit” to officially submit the entry

• Deadline of submission of entries: June 10, 2022 at 11:59PM

• Ten (10) winners will be drawn to win NBA Store gift vouchers amounting to PHP 10,000

• Raffle of valid accounts will be done using a randomizer application via https://www.randomizer.org/.

• With the presence of DTI, Brand and Agency representatives, draw will be on June 17, 2022 at 2PM

• Announcement of winners on the Cignal Facebook page will be on June 27, 2022.

• The winner must submit via email a Valid ID (ex. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, etc.) with complete name, photo, and correct address along with proof of account ownership for validation. Prizes (gift vouchers) will be emailed to the registered email address.

• If prize will be claimed via an authorized representative the following shall be required:

  • Authorization Letter duly signed by the actual winner

  • ID of the actual winner

  • ID of the Authorized Representative (Name should be the same as stated in the Authorization Letter)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promo is available for Cignal subscribers in the Philippines.
2. Employees of Cignal TV, Inc. and MediaQuest, its advertising and PR agencies and accredited service providers including relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo. Employees of the NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.
3. Winners shall be notified through registered mail, mobile phone, and email based on the subscriber’s contact details in Cignal TV, Inc.’s records.
4. One entry can only win once/ one prize and entry will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws.
5. Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable to a third party.
6. Redemption/Claim period is within 60 days from receipt of registered mail
7. Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification
8. Cignal shall not be held liable to the winners for the postponement of cessation of the promo or for other incidents caused by war, terrorist attacks, flood, fire or for other reasons beyond their control. NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
