What’s the difference of my old Basic SD box to the Ultimate HD box?

How much is the swapping fee?
-This is offer is for FREE. The HD Box upgrade comes with free 7-day starter access to the full Prepaid channel line-up and door-to-door delivery.
How do I claim?
- No need to claim the box, we will deliver the box right at your doorstep just schedule the delivery with our Cignal care agents.
How long would it take for me to get my new box?
- We are observing local government guidelines and safety protocols. Please give us 2-3 days to deliver your new box.
How can I claim my P1000 load credit?
- Your load will automatically be credited. Please have your set-top box on stand-by mode, the load will be activated within 24-48 hours.
How can I activate my new Ultimate HD box?
- Your box comes with 1000 load credit. Upon receiving please plug in your box and put it on standby mode. Our team will inform via SMS or call once we have successfully credited and activated your new box.
