What is this program about?
- Starting June 23, 2021, we are offering qualified subscribers to swap their old Prepaid Basic SD box to the Prepaid Ultimate HD box for FREE. This offer comes with free door-to-door delivery and 7-day starter access to the full Prepaid Channel Line-Up.

 

How will I know if I am eligible?

- Eligible Basic SD subscribers are those who have loaded at least once within the period of October 2020 to March 2021. To check your eligibility, please contact our Cignal Care touchpoints.

 

Why do I need to swap my box?

- Cignal will cease providing support and enhancements to Prepaid SD boxes starting August 1. We encourage our subscribers to swap their old Prepaid Basic SD box to the Ultimate HD box to enjoy your favorite channels and discover new shows in HD.

 

What box will be given to me when I participate in this program?

- You will be Cignal’s latest Prepaid box --  the Ultimate HD box!

 

How much is the swapping fee?

- This is offer is for FREE. The HD Box upgrade comes with free 7-day starter access to the full Prepaid channel line-up and door-to-door delivery.

 

How do I claim?

- No need to claim the box, we will deliver the box right at your doorstep just schedule the delivery with our Cignal Care agents.

 

How long will it take for me to get my new box?

 - We are observing local government guidelines and safety protocols due to the pandemic. Please give us 2-3 days to deliver your new box.


How can I activate my new Ultimate HD box?
