NOTE: Subscriber must be enrolled to Robinsons Online Banking to be able to use the Robinsons Bank Mobile Application.
Download Robinsons Bank Mobile Application available for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple Store) users.
Open the application and enter your Robinsons Online Username and Password.
Once logged-in, go to Transfer & Pay.
Payee Type: select Biller
Select: Debiting Account.
For Company/ Biller Name: Cignal TV Inc.
Enter Cignal Account Number and Amount to Pay.
Click: Submit.
Summary of the transaction will be displayed. Once validated, click on “Confirm” to proceed with the payment.
An email notification will be sent to subscriber’s registered email address for successful transaction.
