Payment via Robinsons Bank Branches / Over the Counter
a. Go to the nearest / most convenient Robinsons Bank branch.
b. Accomplish the Robinsons Bank “payment slip” and indicate the following required
information / details’
• Transaction Date: Date today
• Biller Name: Cignal TV Inc.
• Account Number: Subscriber’s Cignal Account Number
• Contact Number: Subscriber’s Contact Number
• Customer Name: Subscriber’s Cignal Account Name
c. Present payment slip to Robinsons Bank teller together with cash / check
d. Teller to process the payment and provide the validated payment slip to the customer
which will serve as proof of payment
REMINDERS:
Please bring your SOA when making a payment. If SOA is not available, please ensure that you
provide the correct Cignal Account Number. Check payment should be payable to "Cignal TV,
Inc." At the back of your check, write your Cignal Account Number, Cignal Account Name and
Contact Numbers.
