RCBC Bankard Auto Debit Arrangement via RCBC Credit Card
1. To enroll, customer must register to RCBC Mobile

2. To register, customer may download RCBC Mobile App from the Google Play and Apple
App Store



3. After logging in, customer to choose which credit card to be used for Auto Charge



4. Select “Enroll to FastBills Pay Auto Charge”



5. On Biller – select Cignal. Then enter account number and account name



6. OTP will be sent to card holders registered contact number. Enter the OTP, then click
submit



7. SMS Confirmation will be received whether enrolment is successful or not

8. The Auto Debit Arrangement shall take effect only upon the approval of the ADA
enrolment, and shall apply to the Cignal TV, Inc charges indicated in the following
month’s SOA (effective the next month’s billing). Processing will be within 5 days
before SOA due date.
