PSBank Online Banking

Enrollment is required for bills payment facility through PSBank Internet and Mobile Banking

1. Customer must register to PSBank Official Website (www.psbank.com.ph) to enroll.



2. Once enrolled, customer should log-in to PSBank official website and look for the
PSBank Online Log-In Page (www.psbank.com.ph)



3. Enrolled PSBank Online user must encode log-in credentials to be able to access the
system



4. From the Bills Payment Menu on the left side, select "Cable and Internet"



5. On biller categories, select Cignal TV, Inc.



6. Choose the source account to be debited



7. Enter the amount to be paid, select “Now”.



8. After clicking Submit Request button, system will prompt user to enter One Time
Password, click “Ok”.



9. System will display transaction review screen, encode Password and OTP then click
Submit Request button



10. System will display Transaction Acknowledgement Receipt on the screen. Same will
also be sent via email. (That will serve as the proof of payment)
