If you’re a Postpaid subscriber, you can upgrade your Max access anytime through MyCignal.
Please keep in mind that you are charged for Max in full,
so if you decide to upgrade in the middle of your billing cycle,
then you will see 2 subscription fees on your next bill –
1 for your current access and another for your upgraded access.
If you’re a
Prepaid subscriber, wait for your current Max add-on to expire before loading the upgraded Max add-on.
