I have an active Max access but I want to get it with Cignal. How do I do that?
Managing Max subscriptions may be required to avoid multiple subscriptions and corresponding charges.
When your active Max subscription ends, you can avail of Max through the instructions above.

I have Max through Cignal. Can I upgrade my Max access?
If you’re a Postpaid subscriber, you can upgrade your Max access anytime through MyCignal.
Please keep in mind that you are charged for Max in full,
so if you decide to upgrade in the middle of your billing cycle,
then you will see 2 subscription fees on your next bill –
1 for your current access and another for your upgraded access.

If you’re a Prepaid subscriber, wait for your current Max add-on to expire before loading the upgraded Max add-on.
