PRIZES
Grand Prize – 1 Grand Prize winner will receive the following:
1 pair of Philippine Airlines economy class return air tickets between Manila, Philippines and Tokyo, Japan

Consolation Prize – There shall be 10 Consolation Prize winners, and each Consolation Prize winner will receive the following:

Note: Exclusive of pocket money.

  1. Proof of ownership will be required from the winners.
    1. Statement of Account for Postpaid
    2. Smart Card or CCA for Prepaid.
  2. All winners’ accounts must be active at the time of the draw on Oct. 24, 2019.
  3. Deadline of entries will be on October 15, 2019 at 11:59 pm.
  4. Raffle of valid accounts will be done using the Cignal Randomizer Application.
  5. With the presence of DTI, Brand and Agency representatives, draw will be on Oct. 24, 2019 at 5:00 PM, at Cignal Office, 5F Launchpad, Sheridan st., Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
  6. The winning subscriber and his/her companion must submit the application in person at the embassy for the visa application, any cost on own expense.
  7. Prizes provided are TRANSFERABLE, BUT NOT convertible to cash.
  8. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, mobile phone, and email based on the subscriber’s contact details in Cignal TV, Inc.’s records.
  9. The prize tax of 20%, if applicable, will be shouldered by Cignal TV, Inc.
  10. Changes in Grand Prize itinerary will only be made by Cignal TV, Inc and/or AXNNP. Cost incurred for date extensions or any itinerary deviations after official flight dates will be shouldered by the Grand Prize winner and his/her companion.
  11. Redemption/Claim period is until Oct. 28, 2019.
  12. Winners can claim the prize at Cignal Office, 5F Launchpad, Sheridan st., Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
  13. For provincial winners, the prizes will be shipped to the subscriber’s address based on Cignal’s records.
  14. The winner (together with the companion) must present via email a Valid ID (ex. VISA, Driver’s License, SSS ID, etc.) with complete name, photo and correct address along with proof of account ownership.
  15. Employees of Cignal TV, Inc., AXNNP and MediaQuest, its advertising and PR agencies and accredited service providers including relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
