NOTE: Subscriber must be enrolled to Mobile Banking through any of the accredited UPS/GPRS Branches

1. Download UPS/GPRS Mobile Banking Application available for Android (Google Play) and IOS (Apple Store) users.


2. Open the application and enter your UPS/GPRS username and password


3. Once logged-in, select Bills Payment
   
   1. Biller Name: Cignal TV, Inc
   2. Account Number: Cignal Account Number
   3. Account Name: Indicate the name on the Cignal Account
   4. Mobile Number: Please enter a valid mobile number
   5. Amount: Enter the Amount to be paid
   
   
4. Once details have been provided, click “Submit” to proceed.


5. Review the details of the transaction.


6. If details are correct, press “Confirm”.


7. A confirmation screen will appear showing the details of the successful transaction.


8. Customer may view receipt online. Receipt will also be emailed to the registered email address of the customer.
