We will be upgrading the software on all Cignal Skyworth HD7400A boxes. During this time, please keep your boxes in standby mode.   

FAQs

How long will the software installation take?

The software download may range between 5-10 minutes depending on the time of day. Once download has completed, the software installation may take 4-6 minutes to complete.


When will the software upgrades be broadcast?

Oct. 22 - Nov. 30, 2018 for subscribers

Schedules subject to change and are mindful of critical internal activities, weather disturbances, weekends, gaps/breaks in between waves, and holidays


How will these software upgrades affect the subscriber?

The Over the Air activity will be configured for Standby Mode. The new software will only be downloaded and installed to the box when the subscriber is not viewing. The subscriber may see the download and installation screens and may briefly interrupt access to programming.
