ELIGIBILITY:

• The raffle promo is open to all Cignal Postpaid with current status and all active Prepaid subscribers from plan 200 and up.
• Participants must be a holder of Philippine Passport valid for 6 months from travel completion.

PROMO MECHANICS: 

• Watch Cartoon Network. Take a photo of your favorite scene.
• Submit your entry to: www.cignal.tv/promos (each an "Entry" by an "Entrant")
• Enter the required fields:
  
  • Complete Name 
  • Email Address 
  • Mobile Number 
  • Home Address 
  • Cignal Account Number
  • Upload your photo and tell us why it is your favorite scene
    • At least 10mb
    • JPEG file only
    • Must not be obscene, indecent or profane
    • Must include the Cignal logo in the TV screen

• After completing all the required steps, click "Submit" to officially submit the entry
• Subscribers have until May 15, 2018, 11:59PM to submit their entries in the microsite.
• One winner and his/her 3 companions will win the package:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
• With the presence of DTI, Brand and Agency representatives, draw date for the raffle will be on May 18, 4PM. This will be done at Cignal TV Office at 5/F Launchpad, Reliance cor. Sheridan Sts., Mandaluyong City
• Cignal TV, Inc. (or "Promoter") will not shoulder the costs incurred in applying for Philippine Passport.
• Changes in official promo itinerary will only be made by Cignal TV, Inc. Cost incurred for date extensions or any itinerary deviations after official flight dates will be shouldered by winners.
• Winner shall be notified via telephone, email and registered mail.
• Winner will also be announced via Cignal's official Facebook page.
• Prize must be claimed until May 31, Thursday after receipt of notification by winner. 
• Prize must be claimed at Cignal TVC, Inc.'s Office at 5/F Launchpad, Reliance cor. Sheridan Sts., Mandaluyong City, Philippines
• For provincial winner, Cignal TV, Inc. will contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming the prize. 
• Winner must present a Valid ID with complete name, photo and correct address. Ex. Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, etc.  
• If prize will be claimed via an authorized representative, the following shall be required:
  
  • Authorization Letter duly signed by the actual winner
  • ID of the actual winner 
  • ID of the Authorized Representative (Name should be the same as stated in the Authorization Letter.)

• Unclaimed prize within the redemption period given shall be forfeited in favor of Cignal, Inc. with concurrence from DTI.  
• Employees of Cignal TV, Inc., partner PR and advertising agencies and accredited service providers including relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
• Subscriber can win 1 time only.  
• "Relevant Parties" means the Promoter and the agencies and companies (including Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific, Inc. and its affiliates) that are associated with the Promoter or the Promotion.
