Technical Visit

Here are simple reminders when requesting
for a technical visit:

  1. Our accredited technicians will only visit you upon your request; Cignal does not offer unannounced maintenance or technical visits.
  2. Once technical visit request is logged, we will either send you a text message or call you to confirm the details of your appointment.
  3. Accredited technicians have IDs with Cignal logo and are required to present it to you before entering your residence/premises. They should also be able to provide you the reference number issued by Cignal Care.
  4. Our technicians are not authorized to receive payment*, as the technical visit fee (if applicable) will be charged to your bill.
    *Except for payments for accessories, e.g. splitter, extra cable, etc.
  5. If you have questions or concerns about any appointment schedule, feel free to reach out to any of our Cignal Care channels and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
