NOTE: Subscriber must be enrolled to BPI Online Banking to be able to use the BPI Express Mobile Application.
- Download BPI Express Mobile Application available for Android (Google Play) and IOS (Apple Store) users.
- Open the application and click Login
- Enter your BPI Online username and password
- To facilitate payment to Cignal TV Inc., select options available under 'Pay/Reload'
- Select source BPI Account
- Select enrolled CIGNAL TV account
- Enter the amount to be paid
- Once details have been provided, click "PAY" to proceed.
- Confirm the details of the transaction.
- Once confirmed, press 'YES.'
- A confirmation screen will appear showing the details of the successful transaction.
