Just look for your CCA number which is located at the bottom of your set-top box. For boxes with a SMART CARD gently pull out your SMART CARD from the set-top box and check the backside of the card.

When you have located your CCA No. or SMART CARD number, use only a SMART/TNT/Sun subscriber SIM and text CIGNAL SC <12-digit CCA or Smart Card number> to 5353. A reply message will give you your Prepaid Account number. Standard SMS rates apply.
