  1. What is CHANNEL ADD-ON?
    CHANNEL ADD-ON is Cignal’s new service that allows you to add a premium channel that is not included in the channel line-up of your base plan. Each CHANNEL ADD-ON has a corresponding subscription fee (see pricing in No. 3).
  2. Who can avail of CHANNEL ADD-ONS?
    CHANNEL ADD-ON channels are available to Cignal Residential POSTPAID subscribers on FOX Plan 390, Plan 490 and Plan 630.
    It is not available to PLDT Triple Play subscribers at this time.
  3. What are the CHANNEL ADD-ONS available and how much does it cost?
    The CHANNEL ADD-ONS available to you will depend on your base plan.
    • If you are on FOX Plan 390, the following CHANNEL ADD-ONS are available:

  4. How many channels can I add-on to my Base Plan?
    You can add 1 to 4 more channels to your Base Plan.
  5. How do I avail of CHANNEL ADD-ON?
    To avail of CHANNEL ADD-ON, e-mail care@cignal.tv or call the Cignal Care hotline: (02) 244 6251.
  6. How will I pay for CHANNEL ADD-ON?
    Your CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription will be charged to your monthly bill. The CHANNEL ADD-ON fee will be billed on top of your monthly recurring fee.
  7. Is the CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription fee a recurring charge?
    Yes, your CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription fee is a recurring charge that will be automatically billed every month. To discontinue the charges, you must terminate your CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription.
  8. I have multiple boxes. Is the CHANNEL ADD-ON applicable to all boxes?
    Yes, the CHANNEL ADD-ON is applicable to all boxes.
  9. Is there a lock-in period for the CHANNEL ADD-ON channel?
    No, there is no lock-in period for CHANNEL ADD-ON. You can terminate your CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription anytime. Pro-rated charges shall apply.
  10. How do I terminate my CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription?
    To terminate your CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription, e-mail care@cignal.tv or call the Cignal Care hotline: (02) 244 6251.
  11. If my CIGNAL postpaid account has an overdue balance, can I avail of CHANNEL ADD-ON?
    No, you can only avail of CHANNEL ADD-ON if your account status is CURRENT. If you have an overdue balance, please settle your outstanding account so you can avail.
  12. If I re-connect my disconnected CIGNAL plan, will the CHANNEL ADD-ON also be re-connected?
    If your CIGNAL base plan was disconnected due to non-payment, re-connection of your plan will automatically include re-connection of CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription.
    If your CIGNAL base plan was disconnected voluntarily/manually, re-connection of your plan will not include re-connection of CHANNEL ADD-ON subscription. You must subscribe again to CHANNEL ADD-ON by contacting Cignal Care Hotline.
